2008 & me: The year that was, in brief- Part 1

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL THOSE BRIGHT FACES, READING MY BLOG, AFTER TAKING OUT SOME TIME FROM THEIR PRECIOUS LIVES...Made a resolution?

A few people have already asked me and you are free to ask too, "How can you remember the dates?" My answer: Let me tell you, I could never remember dates in my History classes!! But, Its my life and so I remember.

1 Jan: Happy New Year. New Year had a very good start. My sister and I were returning home on cycle from our tuition class when her cycle's tyre punctured and we walked the 3 km stretch to home with the cycle.

2 Jan: My whole class was punished by my English teacher for not completing the Sample Papers!! Nice start of the year!!

9 Feb: Farewell party at school. I was made Mr Innovative.

15 Feb: First time ever, I drove the scooty to school alone.

21 Feb: Officially the last school day for us.

3 Mar: The much awaited board exams kicked off with a bad paper of Social Studies.

25 Mar: The best Science paper ever.

27 Mar: 10th kaa tension finally khatam with the boards over today.

3 Apr: I got my permanent driving license.

15 Apr: Learnt a very very few dance steps for Annual Day... which I gave up later.

28 Apr: Saw Taare Zameen Par.. What a movie!!
