14 July 2008, 7 pm: I entered DPS VK Hostel for an unforgettable 2 year stay…unimaginable at that time…Intro, pledge…etc…Great food…

10 August 2008: Freshers’ Nite…Mini Audi…I danced!! “Pappu Can’t Dance” & “Dil Dance Maare”…”Rubaroo” by the Be’sur’-Be’taal’ group!! Venky is Mr Fresher…

August-September 2008: Stupid games, adjustment problems, coaching etc…

December 2008: Chickenpox- thanks Sid! Memorable birthday…winter vacations…

13 January 2009: Wonderful Lohri Celebrations…

30 January 2009: Farewell…had worked really hard…was a huge success!!

February-March 2009: Final Exams…bad results…vellapanti…

April 2009: Seniors-bye bye…scanty hostel…Venky’s *ahem*ahem*…Hostel Premier League…Good Friday…

May-June 2009: Ambience Mall…”Monsters-vs-Aliens”…Good, bad and confusing times…Summer Vacations…I really have gr8 frnds! Sid, Amrit, Venky in PG…Love left VMC!! No studies…

July 2009: Back to hostel…Mid-Terms- Very bad result…Juniors-ki-entry…Mangu-ki-entry…Bad “ragging” cases…abuses…memorable time!!!

August 2009: CBSE Science Exhibition…problems with Mr Parmar start…some revelations…Freshers…”Time bataana…Dedh baj gaye kya?”

September-October 2009: Phones caught…Half-Yearlies- worse result…Love’s I-pod caught…Slaps, slaps and slaps!! “Love, Venky, Eashan- why did you do that?”

November-December 2009: Almost all time- I was the only 12thi in the hostel…good and bad situations…great conversations…Principal Sir’s demise…my best birthday ever…Love’s *ahem*ahem*…conspiracies… Great time with Mr Parmar …Amrit, Atul and I- the only 3 in the hostel during the winter vacations…great time…gr8 food, basketball, studies…an end to the “Year of my Experiments with Life”!

January 2010: Slaps, slaps and slaps! A gr8 start of the year! Pre-boards- are we studying? ‘3-Idiots’ leaves a lasting imprint! My realization! Sid’s *ahem*ahem*…School and hostel farewells…Mr Flubber, Mr Rhythm Divine, Mr Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, Mr I am Legend, Mr 10-on-10, Mr Ram Gopal Verma…grt time!

February 2010: Board Practicals…Some very memorable experiences… Canteen masti…

March 2010: ‘Memorable’, ‘colourful’ and ‘clean’ holi…”Tu kabhi sweeper mat banna!”… Boards…Unexplanable and unforgettable conversations and experiences that strenghten the friendship bonds...Time to say goodbye…

27 March 2010- 11.20 am: The Frivolous Victor, Amrit Raj Kapoor waved a final goodbye to the hostel…Behti hawa sa tha woh…Well, I guess, the song speaks for itself!

Thanks for all the memories guys…The journey doesn’t end here…It’s just the beginning of a life-time contract of never-ending friendships!
